The petitioner no. 2 Mantu Kumar apprehends his arrest in Haspura P.S. Case No. 143/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner Mantu Kumar is alleged to have assaulted the informant with lathi which hit on her elbow. The bone is said to have fractured, but the injury report shows that opinion was kept reserved and the Investigating Officer has not collected the final injury report up till 02.10.2016. The petitioner happens to be the close relative of the informant and on account of land dispute some scuffle took place between them.

No.45153 of 2016 (4) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner Mantu Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 143/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
