JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rohtas P.S.Case No. 69 of 2015 instituted under Sections 376 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that the petitioner has committed regularly sexual harassment with her. It is further alleged by the informant that when she became pregnant the petitioner refused to marry with her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent. Prior to the institution of the present case, Complaint Case No. 76 of 2015 was filed by the father of the petitioner against the informant and a sanhaa was filed before S.D.J.M., Dehri. The present case has been filed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48802 of 2015 (3) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 retaliation to Annexure 2 to the present application. The petitioner has denied any physical relationship between him and the informant and only for the purpose of blackmailing the petitioner, the present case has been filed.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Rohtas P.S.Case No. 69 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
