2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 301 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with F.I.R. named accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his brother causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The dispute was primarily among the children. There is general and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55587 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 28.04.2025. Chargesheet has already been submitted. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 301 of 2025.
