JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 The counsel for the Staff Selection Board submits that the present dispute is completely covered by judgment, which has been rendered by this Court in Dhananjay Kumar Mishra vs. Bihar Staff Selection Commission, reported in 2013 (4) PLJR 169 and that has been approved by Division Bench of this Court in Kumod Kumar vs. Bihar Staff Selection Commissioner, reported in 2015 (3) PLJR 193. In such view of the matter, the present case is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgments and whatever the relief has been given in that judgment, will also be extended to the present petitioner.
