The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 4.5 litres of liquor was recovered from possession of coaccused Shashank Kumar. The petitioner was accompanying the said Shashank Kumar. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 9.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S.
