Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that after filing of the present writ petition, authorities of the University have taken steps to make payment of retiral dues as claimed for in the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.12184 of 2023 dt.22-09-2023 2/2 petition, however, petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation for the relief which is under consideration before this Court.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner as well as information that the Registrar of the University has taken steps to redress the grievance of the petitioner by making payment of all the admissible dues along with the statutory interest on account of delayed payment in a considerable period, however, this Court finds that the petitioner had retired on 30.09.2021 while he was posted on the post of peon in Rameshwar Singh College, Muzaffarpur, the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of its filing.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
