2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 745 of 2024 dated 14.12.2024 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 96, 351, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with his father and Kundan Thakur has kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the

No.52274 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. wherein she has stated that she went with the petitioner out of her own free will. She solemnized marriage with him voluntarily. She was neither kidnapped nor forced and she wishes to reside with her husband. There is no material against the petitioner. The victim girl and the petitioner were in love and both of them got married against the will of the informant. The petitioner is a young boy aged about 20 years. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2025 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.
