JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341,323,385 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case as he happens to be an associate of Krishna Kumar Mahaseth who has filed a case against the informant. It is further submitted that except Section 379, other offences are bailable. In view of such, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below and pray for regular bail and the same shall be disposed of preferably, on the same day in the light of the observations made above.
