Even though the order disposing of the matter, the said dispute cannot be looked into in this contempt application once the University has initiated the process and completed it in accordance with law.

In case the petitioner feels that the process has not been completed in accordance with the requirement of law or the scheme laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the petitioner may challenge the same afresh in accordance with law. The manner in
