Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 89,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54520 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/3 126(2), 115(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner Nos. 1, 2, 3, 6 and 9 are women and the informant alleges that she came in contact with Anand, who on pretext of marriage established physical relations leading to pregnancy and Anand refused to marry and forced her to abort the pregnancy, further on 1-3-2025, Anand took her to his house, where she stayed for 5-7 days, but then Anand started conspiring with his family members for getting the pregnancy terminated. It is next alleged that his family members thereafter demanded Rs. 5 lakhs by way of dowry and Anand made her consume medicine leading to termination of pregnancy.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case being family members of Anand. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the relationship in between the informant and Anand was consensual and when the same soured, the present false case came to be instituted implicating all the family members with a view to coerce Anand into submission.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54520 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 3/3 anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
