2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 379, 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft in his work place.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 21.06.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Darbhanga / concerned Court below in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S.
