In the instant case, petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail. On 08.08.2019, order was passed with the benefit of interim protection. More than two years has lapsed. Therefore, the present petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to move for regular bail before the jurisdiction court within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. Till then no precipitative action shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with C.R. No. 2198 of 2017, T.R. No. 3115 of 2018, pending in the court of A.D.J. III, Samastipur.
