The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kahalgaon (Shivnarayanpur) P.S. Case No. 438/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are alleged to have stopped the informant when he was returning from his motorcycle and snatched Rs. 3000/- from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted that the case has been lodged on account of enmity but it appears that the informant has made specific allegation that the petitioner stopped him and also snatched Rs. 3000/- from his pocket. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent. It appears from the order of learned Sessions Judge that the petitioner is accused in many other cases.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31135 of 2015 (4) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
