This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the age of the petitioner and also the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that recently the petitioner has undergone heart surgery, this application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64343 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
