The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51525 of 2016 by which the petitioner was granted bail after completion of nine months in custody i.e. from 28.06.2016 but due to some typographical mistake in place of District- Kaimur at Bhabhua, District- Rohtas at Sasaram has been mentioned. It is prayed on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that in place of District-Rohtas at Sasaram, DistrictKaimur at Bhabhua should be mentioned. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the name of district be read as 'Kaimur at Bhabhua' in place of Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11070 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 146 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua.

Accordingly, the order dated 15.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51525 of 2016, is modified to the extent as indicated above.

The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
