JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that he did not submit the documents relating to appointment of teacher of year 2006 but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-3 and 4 of the petition to show that all the relevant documents had already been submitted by the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44916 of 2016 (3) dt.09-12-2016 2/2 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Amarpur P.S.
