Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he would be filing hard-copy of the counter-affidavit today itself. Let the same be placed on record.

The learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the Bank has decided to release the payment of full salary for the suspension period to the petitioner; and the decision has been sent for approval to the disciplinary authority. He submits that within four weeks, the consequential action for

Patna High Court CWJC No.19140 of 2021(6) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 release of the benefits shall be taken and payments shall be made.

In view of such stand taken in the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of respondents 4, 5 and 6, copy of which is being served on the petitioner's counsel today in court, no dispute remains other than realization of the benefits in terms of the assurance recorded in the counter-affidavit.

For enabling compliance of their assurance as recorded in para 10 and 11 of the counter-affidavit, the authorities are granted four weeks' time. Let the payments be made within four weeks, or latest by 15-11-2023. 5.
