In the present writ petition, the petitioner has made a prayer for directing the Respondent to give him promotion with retrospective effect.

In this case, counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit has also been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after examining the same submits that the petitioner has already been granted notional promotion but he submits that for the same period, he was entitled to monetary benefits, however only notional promotion

Patna High Court CWJC No.7752 of 2011 (11) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 was granted. He makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that the petitioner may approach the authority concerned by way of filing representation.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
