The petitioners seek bail in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 195/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named 10 persons including the petitioners 06 in number and alleged that Jeetendra Kumar and Shailendra Kumar assaulted him with Farsa on his head and other parts of his body. Other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant with lathi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant got as many as 08 injuries, but the injuries is said to

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
