JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 148 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the statement of village Chowkidar. He has no concern either with the seized materials or the arrested persons. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period
