The appellants have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 01.09.2022, wherein in the second line of the last paragraph, it has been wrongly typed as "except appellant nos. 2 and 4 are directed to be released on bail" instead of "both the appellants are directed to be released on bail".

Let the same be read as "both the appellants are directed to be released on bail" in stead of "except appellant nos. 2 and 4 are directed to be released on bail".

Appeal (SJ) No. 2582 of 2022 is modified to the extent that both the appellants are directed to be released on bail, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
