ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-02-2016 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 9.2.2012 passed by the court of Smt. Rumpa Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in Complaint case No.3235C of 2011. Considering that the Petitioners seek quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary
