24-08-2016 Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 3. The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of disobedience to an order dated 13-03-2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6949 of 2008.

In this case, show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4.

Learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 3, by way of referring to averment made in the show cause, submits that

Patna High Court MJC No.796 of 2016 (4) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 order of the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ofcourse, payment has been made, but same has not been made properly. The calculation has not been done correctly. Be that as it may, since order of the writ court has already been complied with, there is no need to further proceed with the matter. If the petitioner feels aggrieved regarding calculation, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy. The petition stands disposed of.
