The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khushrupur P.S.Case No. 153 of 2017 registered under Sections 304-B, 120-B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation that being husband the petitioner killed his wife within three years of marriage due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
