The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. case No. 12 of 2017 under Section 307, 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The police personnel went in search of Ajay Rai in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. case No. 04 of 2017 registered under Section 272, 273, 420 of the IPC and under Section 30 (a) (b) (c) of the Bihar Excise Act. Many villagers, including Ajay Rai and others, surrounded the police personnel and assaulted the police personnel.

It is submitted that, of course, name of the petitioner figured in the FIR but no specific allegation of assault is made against her. The petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since

Considering the facts that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner and the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur in Paroo P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017.
