The petitioners, namely, Ranjan Kumar Singh @ Ranjan Singh, Naim Akhtar @ Navin Akhtar @ Bala Pathan and Ravi Bhushan Kumar Singh @ Nankaki Baba who apprehend their arrest in Mashrakh P.S. Case No.155 of 2013 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 427, 435, 307, 379, 332, 333, 337, 338 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Damage to Public Property Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is no overt act alleged against these petitioners and there is

No.42080 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 general allegation that the accused persons 32 named and more than 200 unknown persons pelted stone and brick on the police party and have also set fire the police vehicle. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in fact, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There was mob of more than 250 persons and out of them, the police had named 32 persons without assigning any specific role.
Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I direct the petitioners named above to surrender before the court below within six weeks from today and on their so surrendering, the court below is directed to release the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.155 of 2013.
