The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case No. 95 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 448, 380 and 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that eleven similarly circumstanced co-accused have been granted pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58028 of 2017, as contained in Annexure-5 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on
