The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Prosecution case, in short, is that one loaded country made pistol and three cartridges are recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.3.2019. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and three cartridges are recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Madhavi Singh, J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019.
