JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2026 At the outset, the Ld. Counsel for the parties submit that the order of this Court dated 21.01.2019 passed in CWJC No. 11941 of 2018 has already stood complied with inasmuch as the Vice-Chancellor, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura vide order dated 17.04.2026 has directed for absorption of the petitioner on the post of Clerk at B.N.M.V. College, Sahugarh, Madhepura, with effect from 12.02.1990

Patna High Court MJC No.3013 of 2019(7) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 with all consequential benefits, however it has been stated that payment shall be made after the funds are made available by the State Government.

At this juncture, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievances with regard to payment of the consequential benefits, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petition stands disposed of.
