2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 386 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed loot of cash and other articles.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2025.

5. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of other co-accused and some articles have been recovered on the statement of the petitioner but the same fact has been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of materials available on record.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of the other co-accused,
