2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 189(c) of 2013.
3. The petitioner no. 1 is the brother of the husband of the complainant OP No. 2, petitioner no. 2 is the wife of petitioner no. 1.
4. It is common ground that the disputes between
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4084 of 2015 (5) dt.13-07-2016 the complainant OP No. 2 and her husband have now been finally settled in terms of a divorce decree.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall accordingly file an affidavit before the learned Court below to the above effect. If such affidavits are filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 29.07.2015 by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 189(c) of 2013 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Munger shall stand confirmed, failing which the provisional anticipatory bail shall automatically stand cancelled.
