Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No. 81 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation as per FIR against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they got signature of the informant on a plain paper for preparing a sale deed and during investigation the name of petitioner transpires.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the basis of supervision note of Dy.S.P. his name transpires on suspicion and there is nothing against him.

No.23375 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No. 81 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
