Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jalalpur P.S. Case No.23 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B), 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother of the deceased disclosed that her daughter was married to Sandeep Prasad (brother of petitioner nos.1 and 2 and son of petitioner nos.3 and 4) on 20.06.2014 and articles were gifted on the eve of marriage of her daughter. On 30.09.2018 her husband and son went to see Rani Devi but her husband and son came to know that Rani Devi was killed and her dead body was cremated.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51777 of 2019(2) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 petitioners are brothers-in-law, father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was in fact living with her husband in Ludhiana. The deceased was pregnant and she was under treatment of a doctor. The daughter of the informant died in Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, Punjab. The doctor issued certificate to this effect (Annexure 2).

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are brothers-in-law, father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No.23 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
