2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused person is that he assaulted the mother of the informant by means of lathi causing fracture on his head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have sustained injuries. The dispute regarding Rasta. It is also submitted that injury was found simple in nature and this fact mentioned in the impugned diary.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got five criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the facts that the injury was found simple in nature, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 331 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
