22-02-2017 Heard Sri Nitya Nand Neeraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the second attempt for grant of bail. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 19-08-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32213 of 2016 on the ground of seriousness of accusation as well as the fact that petitioner was having criminal antecedents.

There is no reason to review my earlier order. The petition again stands dismissed.
