The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.157 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 384 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Regard being had to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that Satyanarain Yadav from whom the informant Suresh Yadav is said to have taken lease is full brother of petitioner no.1 Ram Narayan Yadav and they are on litigating terms since long as also the fact that the injuries
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9193 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 sustained by the informant were all found simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.157 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
