The petitioner is accused in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44918 of 2016 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge vide Annexure 1. Also the charges have been framed on 20.03.2017.
