The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11917 of 2023. Vide order dated 28.07.2023, the petitioner was granted bail but in page-2 of the bail order, the year of appointment of the petitioner is wrongly typed as 2017 instead of year 2007. 4.

Let the order dated 28.07.2023 be corrected to the extent that the appointment of the petitioner be read as 2007 in the place of 2017 and the period to surrender is extended by four

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67021 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 weeks from today in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No.204 of 2022.

As such, the order dated 28.07.2023 is corrected to the extent as indicated above and read along with this order. 6.
