Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gangta P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating therein that charge has been framed in this case on 08.05.2017. Copy of the order has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
