The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mahua P.S. Case No.257 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 of Public Property Damage Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have blocked the road and destructed and damaged the property. Similarly circumstanced, others co-accused have approached this Court in Cr. Misc. No.43072 of 2017 and they have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.09.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.257 of 2016, subject to
