2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 342, 323, 307, 379, 384/34 IPC registered in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in view of the family disputes as the parties are related to each other. The petitioner no. 1 is merely the order giver and the thrust of accusation of assault is upon other co-accused. There is no specific accusation of assault or any other overt act on the part of petitioner no. 2. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
