JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No. 320 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 379, 411, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of cutting of paddy from the field of informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties from before and the false and concocted case has been filed.

No.3842 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioners will co-operate in investigation and will appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, except on genuine reason, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
