1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.13/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376(D), 420, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.46584/2018 and the same was rejected by a learned coordinate Bench by an order dated 27.11.2018. It is next submitted that no doubt the allegation is of rape but then the informant realizing her mistake has filed a compromise petition before the learned trial court.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner and submits that the allegation is of rape and investigation is still continuing.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned APP, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
