JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of dacoity is against unknown. The petitioner has been remanded in this case from some other case on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2016. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I. Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and submissions, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11418 of 2017 (3) dt.08-05-2017 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nawadah/Successor Court, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.136 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
