The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Maner P.S.Case No.399/14 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323/34, 379, 380, 307, 452 and 504 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the petitioner along with other coaccused indiscriminately fired causing injury at the thigh of Bharat Rai.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place for land dispute. There is case and counter case.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not
