JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sandesh P. S. Case No. 38 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 307, 504, 34 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that one Satish Rai called the informant and fired upon him, which hit in the left thigh. Further allegation is that they further fired but does not hit anybody.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Only one injury was found on the person of the injured, which has been attributed by Satish Rai and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Sandesh P.
