The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017, registered under Sections 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 40 bottles, each containing 180 ML, India made foreign liquor and two bottles, each containing 375 ML of India made foreign liquor kept in plastic from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are in custody since 11.02.2017. No.15014 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-X, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017.
