JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party No.2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of D.P. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing torture upon the victim due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

On behalf of the counsel for the parties, it is submitted that the petitioner and the opposite party No.2 are ready to reside together with all respect and dignity. Considering the fact that the matter has been settled
