2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with the son of the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons used to torture the daughter of the informant for dowry. It is further alleged that all the accused persons administered her pesticides due to which she died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is

There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased, namely, Rakesh Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 02.07.2025 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6564 of 2025. It is further submitted that from the statement of the witness in the case diary, it would appear that the deceased has consumed poison and killed herself. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2025 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.
