No. 124 of 2015 by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna; and for other connected reliefs.
2. In course of submissions, statement is made at the bar on behalf of the petitioner that pursuant to negotiations for amicable settlement, respondent Bank has since withdrawn O.A. No. 124/2015 which has now been disposed of.
